Katie Barker is an accomplished nonprofit leader with over 10 years of experience in administrative management, government contracting, and campaign development. She has a proven record of success in leading large-scale fundraising initiatives, exceeding multimillion-dollar targets, and building strong partnerships across federal agencies and nonprofit organizations.
Prior to joining SNS, Katie served as Regional Director and National Social Media Director for the Combined Federal Campaign. Katie oversaw four Combined Federal Campaign zones, surpassing a $3 million fundraising goal. She directed marketing, training, and volunteer engagement efforts, while creating innovative events that increased donor participation and awareness. She also built and managed social media presence across 21 zones, strengthening outreach and community engagement nationwide.
Katie is recognized nationally for her innovation and excellence in campaign management, earning Innovator awards in 2022 and 2023. She is passionate about advancing nonprofit missions through strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
