About
Scott has an extensive background in nonprofit philanthropy, strategic planning, and board facilitation, complemented by his previous service as a pastor. Most recently, Scott served as the Executive Director of the Transforming Age Foundation, a national organization based in suburban Seattle that supports over 100,000 older adults. Previously, he held the role of Director of Development at the Eastmont Foundation in Lincoln, NE. Before joining Eastmont, Scott worked as a capital campaign and strategic planning consultant with the Strawhecker firm following his pastoral roles in Minnesota and Nebraska. During his work at SNS, Scott has worked with several clients including civic and human service clients on feasibility studies and campaigns.
Scott holds an undergraduate degree from Concordia College in St. Paul, MN: a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN; and a Master of Arts in Educational Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He now resides in Lincoln, NE.
