About
Dan Koenig understands the day-to-day revenue and operational challenges and opportunities nonprofits face. Serving more than 30 years in the trenches as a nonprofit executive in the arts, healthcare, associations and churches, Dan knows first-hand the importance of creating and reinforcing a culture of generosity.
During his career Dan was part of a development team that secured $75 million for two Omaha museums, served as president of three Midwest Chambers of Commerce raising funds for important community projects, and 15 years generating annual operating, capital and ministry revenue for two of the largest Churches in Kansas City and Omaha.
Dan has organized many community development efforts to establish industrial centers, sports complexes, new schools, national parks and public transportation projects. He has also assisted numerous businesses large and small such as Sprint, Ameritrade, Chevron Energy and Yellow Corp., expand or relocate.
