Scot Adams
Senior Consultant
Born and raised in the Omaha area, Scot is a retired Social Worker whose career included clinical work in the area of addictions and mental illnesses, and serving as the CEO of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Omaha, Director of the Nebraska Division of Behavioral Health, and Vice President for Advancement for the Notre Dame Sisters. Scot actively provides consultation in the areas of fund development, board engagement, and Peer Reviews for federal grant applications.
Scot is married to Rita enjoying their 46th year together along with 4 children and 10 grandchildren. Interests include racquetball, motorcycle riding, reading, meditation, and whisky tastings.
Scot graduated Creighton University with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Philosophy along with a certificate in Social Work. Scot received his Master's degree from the UNO School of Social Work and his doctorate in Community and Human Resources from UNL with his dissertation topic Late Onset Alcoholism.
